Trigger’s Restaurant offers a modern twist to the Friday fish dinner, blending classic favorites with weekly rotating, chef-driven seafood dishes. Open to the public and just minutes from Prior Lake in the southwest metro, Trigger’s Fish Friday is for guests looking for mouth-watering entrées in a welcoming setting.

Trigger’s Restaurant Fish Friday is available on Fridays after 4PM during Lent.

Friday Fish nights run every Friday from February 20th through March 27th with dinner service beginning after 4:00 PM. Reservations are not required but are encouraged.

Friday Fish night always features New England clam chowder and our Alaskan battered cod sandwich alongside a rotating seafood entrée. Enjoy your favorite Trigger’s classics or try something new each visit.

The following favorites are offered every Friday during Lent, in addition to the weekly featured entrée.

Battered Cod Sandwich

A classic sandwich featuring house-battered Alaskan cod, fried until golden and served with house-made tartar sauce, shredded lettuce, tomato, and onion on a butter-toasted bun. Includes your choice of side.

New England Clam Chowder

Traditional New England clam chowder, made from scratch with tender clams, creamy broth, diced potatoes, savory onions and smoky bacon, simmered to rich, comforting perfection — a classic seafood favorite.

Rotating Weekly Seafood Entrées

In addition to the always-available battered cod sandwich and New England clam chowder, Trigger’s features a rotating lineup of seafood entrées that change weekly.

Weekly featured seafood selections may vary based on availability.

Shrimp Scampi

Garlic-butter sautéed shrimp served over angel hair pasta with garlic toast.

Seafood Paella

A globally inspired seafood dish featuring littleneck clams, PEI mussels, shrimp, scallops, and saffron risotto.

Atlantic Salmon

Pan-seared fresh Atlantic salmon served with braised fennel and leeks, butter-poached fingerling potatoes, and chimichurri.

Swordfish

Blackened and grilled swordfish paired with roasted red pepper risotto, broccolini, and roasted garlic.

Florida Red Snapper

Fresh Florida red snapper served with coconut jasmine lime rice, roasted carrots, and red pepper coulis.

Crab Cakes

Oven-roasted jumbo lump crab cakes served with Old Bay remoulade, crinkle-cut fries, and coleslaw.
