Kennel Food Program - Nutrisource

No need to bring your dogs food if you use our program! For an extra $2.50 a night, we will supply your dog with Nutrisource adult – chicken and rice formula for your dogs entire stay. Just tell us how much you feed them and we will do the rest!

This is a great option for dogs who are already on Nutrisource or for the dogs who have a rotational feeding diet and their stomachs don’t mind switching foods!

If your dog ever runs out of their personal food while they are with us, we will supply them with Nutrisource Adult chicken and rice formula for the rest of their stay. Additional charges still apply.

Why are your drop off and pickup hours from 10 A.M -12 P.M & 2 P.M – 4 P.M?

We have set those times to ensure that the dogs currently in our care can be let out, fed, and their kennels cleaned without interruptions. We want the dogs in our care to be our first priority. Although our staff is here outside of those times, we ask for you to please come within those time frames. By request and permission, we will make exceptions. If you come outside of our drop off and pick up hours WITHOUT PERMISSION, you will be charged a “Out of hours” fee of $10.

I have multiple dogs. Can they stay together in the same kennel?

We encourage dogs who get along to stay in the same kennel to ensure that your dogs are as comfortable as possible. IF your dogs do not get along well, need supervision when alone, or do not eat well together, we can and may place them in kennel runs that are across from each other. Any dogs that are from the same household are allowed in the yard together if owner permits and your dogs behavior allows. Each situation and dog is different, so please make sure to speak with staff on what will work out best when you have multiple dogs staying with us.

Why do you only do single dog turnout?

It provides a boarding kennel for dogs that struggle with interactions with other dogs. It is not only safer for your pup, but it also provides a less stressful play/turnout time!

Why do I have to leave my dog in the car until I have checked in with staff?

This rule is to keep your dog safe. Other dogs may be in the office. Whether they are getting dropped off/picked up or spending time with our staff in the office!

Can we get pictures of our dog?

By request, we are more than willing to send you pictures or videos of your dog! As alternative, we do have a Facebook where we post your dog’s pictures. (Only with owner’s permission!)
