Jamie Rockney (Chick of The Woods)

Jaime Rockney, also known as Chick of the Woods, is passionate about sharing her love for forests and fungi with others. Since 2008, she’s been hooked on foraging. In 2019, she started Chick of the Woods Foraging, LLC, and in 2022, she made the leap to full-time foraging educator by leaving her day job. Jaime offers classes and events covering trees, mushrooms, berries, nuts, and plants. She’s a member of the Minnesota Mycological Society and the North American Mycological Association and holds three certifications for identifying and selling mushrooms.
