clay shooting

Enjoy a round of clays on our diverse courses or join one of our clay leagues throughout the year. Take part in events like Have a Blast, a fun social shoot for all skill levels, or Top Shot, a competitive precision challenge with scoring and bragging rights. First-time shooters can book an instructor, with shotgun rentals, ammo, and ear/eye protection available.

Women-only events include Deer Therapy, a festive day that includes specialty cocktails, tasty appetizers, sweet treats, and unique vendors, as well as women’s-only clay shooting clinics and social gatherings that blend fun, friends, and skill-building. Trigger’s Restaurant Lodge Dinners are exclusive ticketed events hosted by Executive Chef Andy. Enjoy a multi-course culinary experience in the Lodge at Horse and Hunt, featuring unforgettable main courses from tomahawk steaks to globally inspired cuisine. Held only a few times each year, these limited-seat dinners sell out fast.

While Minnesota Horse and Hunt Club offers many public activities, memberships are available for guests who want expanded access and additional perks and benefits. Memberships are not required to dine at Trigger’s, attend public events, or enjoy most of our outdoor activities—but they can enhance the experience for those who visit often.

Full Hunt

Full Hunt Membership offers year-round upland hunting with exclusive field reservations, plus access to the Oak Tree property in South Dakota. Enjoy range and clay shooting discounts, member-only events, Pro Shop savings, and dining perks at Trigger’s Restaurant.

Annual/Shooting

Annual Memberships provide year-round access to Minnesota Horse & Hunt’s shooting sports, including sporting clays, rifle, pistol, and archery ranges. Members enjoy discounts on rounds, Pro Shop savings, dining perks at Trigger’s Restaurant.
